I love this lounge! They have great appatizers, an extensive drink list and a huge plus is the bowling alley right inside the lodge. But trully the most outstanding part of our visit was Mr. Jonathan Torres. Our family had a few hiccups during checking and Mr. Torres was very accommodating invited us into the lounge and allowed us have appatizers in the loudge while we waited for our Room to be confirmed. I don't know whether he knows it or not but he truly made a huge impact on the beginning of our trip. Thank you very much sir your legendary customer service does not go un noticed. We will tell all of pue friends and family to visit you and your amazing lounge.
My husband & I enjoyed the game with good, fresh bar food. Glenda, the bartender,, was in-press-ive managing the constant barrage of customers’ food & beverage & game requests. Basically single-handed. We saw other employees, but no one hustled like Glenda. 5 stars for service, well-made libations and the kitchen prepared good food. Great wings (good size, extra crispy) and excellent fish & chips. Really fresh coleslaw! Also, great Sidecars!
It is a nice bar in the resort. Bowling was fun. Food was good and reasonable.
Dani and crew provide awesome service ! Great food , drinks ,atmosphere , fireplace and the music set everything just eight. Wheel chair friendly. Bowling, pool tables and foosball too. Thank you Dani for your excellence in food service.
Big variety of drinks, comfy setting and lots of fun amenities - bowling, pool table, shuffle board. Great venue for a group event.
To be honest, I wasn't expecting much as it is a hotel bar and eatery. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the kind professional staff. My party had appetizers and entrees, I had the fish tacos and they were incredible. Very fresh and flavorful. I would highly recommend.
Dani the manager is super freaking great! very kind and always very warm and welcoming! the team and environment just a 10/10! always clean and they are on top of refills and orders! my goodness it is super here! been a regular for a while now due to the great manager they have here and the team she has!
We went in to have dinner but they were having a private event so only grabbed a quick bite to eat… it was delicious nonetheless! We got a glass of whine and some calamari… and that was fire! There’s bowling lanes, shuffle boards, air hockey and pool tables. Lots of stuff to do. Very sports bar, very chill, classy. Lots of lounge areas. There’s an upstairs and downstairs area.
